Every coffee we roast is USDA Certified Organic and Fair Trade. Whole bean, 100% Arabica, single origin, and roasted in small batches in Miami, Florida. No pesticides, no GMOs, no shortcuts, and a fair price paid to the families who grow it.

What USDA Organic actually means for your coffee

Organic certification is not a marketing word. It is a legal standard enforced under the USDA National Organic Program. It prohibits synthetic pesticides and fertilizers on the farm, prohibits GMOs outright, and requires the roasting facility itself to be certified and audited. Our beans are roasted in a CCOF Certified Organic facility, which means the chain of custody holds from the farm all the way to the bag on your counter.

What Fair Trade adds

Organic protects the soil. Fair Trade protects the people. It sets a price floor so growers are not at the mercy of a volatile commodity market, funds community investment, and requires safe working conditions. We also run crop sharing programs in Honduras and Brazil that help small, family owned farms reach the international specialty market at all, which for most of them is the difference between selling a commodity lot and selling a coffee with their name on it.

Naturally GMO free and gluten free

There is no genetically modified coffee in commercial production anywhere in the world, and organic certification prohibits GMOs regardless. Coffee beans are also naturally gluten free. If you are shopping for clean label coffee, everything here qualifies.

Most specialty coffee ships in a 12 oz bag. Ours are a full 16 oz, roasted in small batches and shipped soon after roasting. Hand selected by a certified Q grader, one of a few thousand people worldwide licensed to grade specialty coffee.
